Acquired a license, but still can't port to Twinmotion Cloud

Had a Twinmotion version installed, and then acquired the license afterwards. I’m signed in as far as I can tell, and I can open the Twinmotion Cloud site from Twinmotion. But I can’t export a presenter to Twinmotion Cloud.

Any ideas?

I am having the same issue with 2025.1.1. Did you ever solve the issue? I just purchased a seat yesterday and I am unable to upload anything to the cloud.
