Hi! Till yesterrday I’ve played on the xbox but now I’ve just downloaded Fortnite on my Pc but all my skin and my battle royal level are disappeared. Even if I am the same account all my progress are been cancelled and I am starting from level 1. Is there any way to recover it? Tnx
Hello, does the epic games account to which the Xbox account is associated have the same email address with which you logged in ?
To see this, go to the epic games site Home - Epic Games and log into your account, then press your nickname at the top right, once in the settings go to the “Apps and Accounts” tab and select “Account” and check if the epic games account to which you connect to Fortnite is linked to the Xbox account, if everything is done make a ticket at Epic Games support to further investigate the issue.
