FAB just deactivated my trader account without telling me
Then I requested to activate it again, I had to send a lot of documents, 2 days later, I received a email telling me they couldn’t confirm my address and would need another proof of address… I send it 15 days ago and got no solution to the problem yet, more than a month without being able to sell anything in the marketplace
They just screwed up on this. They cant fix and make things works thats all.
We cant even sell anything because of that address thing and we lost our distrubition rights on Eu. We couldnt sell anything or sells have been critically low and now lost of trader will lost their trader status at 10th March.
And you know what ? I think they just dont care.
And I dont care anymore. Customers lost their trust, lots of traders lost their patience.
If they cant fix this till 10th March probably I’ll give up and delete my trader account. I’m not sure yet. We’ll see.
