Summary

Accolades devices does not calibrate althought I follow the steps and had +20k players

Steps to Reproduce

I just upload the new version and waited for calibration. I saved them as the know issue related with the “names of Accolades not being retrieved”.

I had more than 20k players and the accolade devices does not calibrate although a few days before with another update it calibrated with only 2k players

Expected Result

Accolade devices are calibrated and the experience grant XP

Observed Result

Accolade devices are not calibrated after +20k players

I will upload the map soon, so I expect had the same problem again if this system does not change.

Same issue for me with 50k+ plays.

It doesn’t seem to be related with the "saved them as the know issue related with the “names of Accolades not being retrieved” part.

Rather all new maps/updates released recently can’t be calibrated.

The status of UCB-1147 incident has been moved from ‘Awaiting Validation’ to ‘Needs Triage’.

Same problem here, >70K players in a few days and accolades does not calibrate

i have the same problem. when is save the actor to i have to publish again?

i see no fix, this is so annoying

@nakooo I think yes, the main question I would like to answer if we need to save the accolades before o after we push changes.

This issue need to be solve asap. I killing a lot of good maps.

We probably want more than just the fix for accolades, it would be better if calibration happened at the same time as awarding. So if an award is too small or too big, it is adjusted dynamically when more and more players play. Grant and calibrate xp at the same time
