So I accidentally deleted the menu window while I was making a project of mine and now I can’t find a way to bring it back. The menu I’m talking about is the one that would appear on the right hand side after selecting an object. The image I’ve provided shows the lack of the other editing pane as I only have the World Settings pane/menu right now.

You mean the details panel.
Look in the top menu bar under “window” and then details. There you can bring it back. Just select it again.
