Hi, I accidentally deleted my project, I was able to get some of it back by going to the Trash Can on my PC and recovering the folder. This restore game me the shell of my creation back, but there is about 3 months of work still missing 
Very strerssed and new to this type of thing so not sure what to do. Can I recover all the lost stuff? Please help. There are documents that appeared in the restore called back up etc, but they are text, not sure if that helps? Your support would be hugelu appreciated, thank you.
