Access to Twinmotion Cloud denied . I have a perpetual license

I have a license that I paid $750 a year and one week ago. It says clearly on the receipt " PERPETUAL".

I HAVE BEEN SENDING SUPPORT RQUESTS (4): SILENCE. Nothing back. Nada.
I see some similar posts on here all unanswered.

Its either a free platform with no support or you charge those using it for business BUT YOU HAVE SUPPORT.

ONE OR THE OTHER.

My clients have been waiting for 3 days to see my presentation and I have no answer for them.

Any info on what to do would be great.
