Access to epic games store data (prices, game titles, discounts) as a third party developer

Hello,

I’m part of a small development team, and we are looking for a way to access data such as prices of games, game titles, descriptions and discount rates for games trough code (optimally an API). Is it currently possible to do so? So far I haven’t found any official documentation that would fit what we are looking for.
