ACCESS PROBLEM ! Unreal Online Learning

Cant access to any pages about unreal online learning, the error below come out.

Server Error in ‘/’ Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a customErrors tag within a “web.config” configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This customErrors tag should then have its “mode” attribute set to “Off”.

I am using chrome, tried either delete the cookies or tried other browsers, none of those works.

I will update the post if i know how to solve the problem.

If possible, please could you provide the URL of the pages specifically referring to?

It looks as though the Online learning site is currently working, this may have been an intermittent issue.
If the issue still occurs, perhaps cleaning your browser cache or using a private browsing window and re-log in will resolve the issue.

the GET STARTED button, also when i click the START COURSE button of any courses have the same issue, none of a single course i can view.

Tried private window also, didnt work.

I already submitted a request in the website u provided, now i am waiting for reply.

I already submitted a request 5 days ago but still didnt get reply /.
I still cant solve the problem, i googled and it said i seem need to download a .NET to config the file.
But that not make sense, didnt it? I am not the one who create the website, so now i still cant solve the problem/.\
