We requested to get retail (LIVE branch) keys generated in September 5 and it still hasn’t been approved. It is impacting our Early Access plans and frankly I don’t understand how it can be acceptable that it takes this long.
And we have no account manager or any person of contact so I’m not sure what I can do here. I hope I can get some help here.

The keys still haven’t been approved. I’m worried that it’s got hit by that backend bug again.
Can we please get this resolved? Last time a moderator looked at it they returned it with an issue saying “Please remove China and South Korea”. even though these countries were definitely not selected. Just mentioning as I suspect it might have something to do with the bug.
