Access denied / Exportiing Textured and colored Mesh

Hey, unfortunately I cannot export my model. I am running CR (1.0.3.9696)´with the PPI License and enough credits on my account. The credits were deducted, but CR only shows me the message “access denied”. Need help asap!

Used only one imageset for aligning/reconstruction/texturing.

Hello Stefan,
this error appears when the application detects the change in images that were used for alignment and meshing. Can you please send us the exact steps you made?

Hi, I have the same problem here!!

I make a video…rc no longer works well when I try to export a model. I can’t save and it works in a strange way. Look at this (I cut from 1% to 99).

I have to deliver the model tomorrow and I have big problems!!!

I need help ASAP!!!

UPDATE…I tried with another project (same input) = SAME ERROR…

Hi, I have the same problem. I ceated a project and not touching any image during the process. The only “suspicious” thing is, that I use images licenced in two steps. Means I made calulations once and exported a mesh. Later I made more images and although collected in a new project, the error occurs. It could be a problem of mixing already licensed images and added one´s.

I have a same situation here. I licenced pictures in two steps and can not export model after second licencing. Rc says acces denied. Any hints how to solve this?

7 day later…nothing

Hello everyone,

please excuse our late response.

We are working on fixing all the issues in PPI version with highest priority. In order to avoid the Access denied error, please make sure to:

  1. do not change images between steps (alignment, mesh calculation). You can change images for texturing, but you must return the original set of images prior to export.

  2. do not disable images in the scene prior to alignment.

In the first case, you can fix it by changing image files back to one used to align/mesh. If you used different set of images for alignment and meshing, then you will need to include all images (both the one used for alignment and for meshing) into the project.

In the seconds scene, you will unfortunately need to recalculate the component and its models.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
