Academic License - do my students have to use MY account?

I am teaching a class in virtual production using Unreal at a university. I have applied for and received an academic license for 11 students. However, now that Reality Capture uses the Epic login system, how do my students get access to the licenses? Do I have to give my students unfettered access to my entire Epic account? That seems very unsafe.

There is no documentation anywhere that I can find.

I really could use some help with this.

Thanks!

Hi Paul,
this is the best way how to do it: I have several ENT licenses. How can I easily share them with my team/students for offline activation?

That’s fairly tedious! So if I have 20 students, I have to do that 20 times. I seriously hope they change that system ASAP. The lab I use is booked up pretty much all day, every day. The only time I could do that procedure would be during my class - which means most of a class will be wasted just generating licenses for each student’s computer.

You can use also floating option: How can I give my team access to my floating licenses without giving out login details?
Just one token for all licenses.
