About using software GPU temperature is too high

Why does the GPU temperature rapidly increase to 75 degrees Celsius simply by opening the default scene?

My computer configuration is

CPU : 12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-12900K 3.20 GHz

RAM :64GB

GPU: RTX 3090
