About Royalty fee

Hello,
How calculation is done.?
I place Game in Store it takes % Cut
Additionally i have to pay agreed % cut from sale to developer + Dividends to Shareholders
When comes Royalty fee ? As i understand last in this case.

Royalty is applied to the gross revenue. Meaning, if you sell your game for $20, whatever the store and the taxman and the publisher takes, you’ll owe 5% of the $20 to Epic ($1).
