If you did not create the game your posting, your not allowed to post it anywhere at all in any form as that would be illegal. Or if your saying you want to post without a company, that is not possible on epic games and is not a good decision, but its not impossible on steam or itch.io . Also, yes you can post a game in italian only, there is no limitation to what languages a game can be.
