I want to use datasmith with previous version 4.22.
But now unreal studio is not available for download.
Is there a way to install datasmith?
Or is there a way to open the data created in the latest version in version 4.22?

Quick answer on opening recent asset with old version of the engine is no.
Unless you 4.22 is a full application and you just need a one shot fix, you should consider bringing your 4.22 stuff to current version instead of doing the contrary.
