About commercial use

I have questions regarding Metahuman’s use in Unreal Engine and other 3d software.

  1. Can I use MetaHuman Creator, MetaHuman Assets, Generated Characters, and Downloaded Character ( anything ) in Unreal Engine for commercial purposes? ( for creating animations, renders, short movies, cartoons, and videos and posting them on YouTube, social media platforms, and TV channels, and other commercials.

  2. Can I use MetaHuman Creator, MetaHuman Assets, Generated Characters, and Downloaded Character ( anything ) in other 3D software for creating animations, renders, short movies, cartoons, and videos and posting them on YouTube, social media platforms, and TV channels, and other commercials.

Unless I am mistaken:

  1. Yes
  2. No (you can certainly use other software -like Blender, Maya, iClone, etc- as part of your workflow but all the MH related content must be ultimately rendered with Unreal Engine)
