It is about eg world demo kit and other stuff on marketplace. When we want to use it it has always to be downloaded again, or am i wrong? How to use it with only one download?

Once you download something through your epic launcher it will be stored locally on your machine until you delete the cache file.
When you want to load the asset onto your project just select the asset and locate the project you want to load the asset into.
