At the moment you can set an external Curve asset manually inside the Timeline, but there seems to be no way to do it outside the Timeline node, which makes it impossible to use Curve assets to switch Event tracks on the fly via a variable.
One of the options can be to use the existing node “Set Float Curve” and use the name of the track to pinpoint to the Event track.
