Ability To Have Functionality Like Create Level, Terrain And Save It Run time?

Hi,

Is It Possible to call/Bind Some Editor Only functionality like Creating a Terrain, Foliage Painter etc Inside a Game at Run time?

I basically want to give Users the ability to create Worlds Inside game, Able to Sculpt terrain, Place Foliage, Adjust Lighting etc Kinda Like an In Game Editor You can find in games like Stronghold, Age of Empires.

Placing Down Blueprint Actors Seems to be straight forward it requires more or less an RTS like Controller but its the Terrain Tools that have been giving me a hard time. Unity Has some tutorials about making Real TIme Editor inside Packaged Game And It uses TerrainData Class for setting heights, I have not seen any post about doing something like this in UE4 So What I hope Is Possible I want someone to point me in the right direction.

After That I suppose Saving A level with Placed Items and Edited Terrain Is Going to be another challenge.
