All FN assets remove the foliage around them, but when you want a post apocalyptic setting this is an unwanted behavior. Would love a setting “affects foliage” inside BP actors to toggle the grass exclusion zones that are created by default.
PixelatedDreams posted a workaround on X. Basically, the unexposed setting that we want to tweak is called Destroy Foliage when placed. It becomes accessible in the Property Matrix. The steps to edit the property:
- Select the props (you need at least two selected).
- Right click one of them, and select Edit Selection in Property Matrix .
- Set Foliage > Destroy Foliage when placed to what you want.
