Ability to Brush/Circle Select w/ ability to change diameter

A simple round brush selection or just a circular selection that I could change the diameter of would be so helpful and would save some time.

One thing to add, I think you’d want it to work similar to the photoshop marquee selection tool. So you can drag corner to corner to create an ellipse, hold shift to lock the aspect square so its a circle. If you hold alt it would draw the ellipse/circle it from the centre out of the first click etc.

Round selection brush would be really great! Cleaning scan with the lasso selection can be really not practical.
