I believe that is from either motion blur, or Epics attempt at AA. Try changing your AA method to medium or FXAA, and disabling motion blur.

edit: felt like thumb on the right hand is placed a bit idk “off” was seemingly impossible to get in the hand properly(idk you seem to have got it done well it only messed up a bit on sprint), was simple enough to fix though, just adjusted thumb, did it right in UE4 and rerecorded the animations, love how ue4 keeps bone transforms until the window is closed even after opening other animations. Already setup for game play just gotta add to my Loadouts UI now 
Also love how game ready these assets are took maybe an hour to setup in my project and that was only because of having to re-position the thumb else would of took maybe 15 minutes.

Noticed the tt-33 is on sale today and will probly purchase it, but noticed the grip looks a bit silly. I’ve looked at hundreds of reference photos for the tt-33 and have never seen a grip that had tt-33 stamped on it. they all either have the star or just a simple pin going through it. I know its not noticeable when in ur hand and shooting it. but when putting weapons in ur level as pickups it will standout as inaccurate, or if it is a real grip that exists it is way to rare to be a common weapon pickup. I know u guys plan on making some ww2 packs in the future and if the majority of them could be the commonly manufactured versions they would fit into a lot more games.

If I may suggest, at least from my perspective, I would like to see some of the most common pistols in their basic configuration.
Pistols:
1911, CZ75, Makarov, Sig226
Some bolt action rifles and pump action shotguns would be nice too. And obviously M16 and AK47 and AK74 rifles. The HK416 is too new and too niche in my opinion, while a regular AK47 or 74 would fit into many more settings. “Civilian” guns would be more in demand I would guess on the indie market.

This week, our SVD Sniper Rifle is coming out and we’re also cranking away on some medieval weapons. It might be a while, but we’re definitely keeping track of fan favorites

Issue: It seems that the G18 and the HK416 materials aren’t playing nice with one another. I add the G18 and the HK416’s material breaks. If I add the Hk416 the G18’s material breaks. Both bought as singles.
Thanks for the tip on this, we have a bunch of updates coming to all of the packs, including walk animations for everything and a few other fixes so this shoould be taken care of in the next week. We will be releasing the SMG 3 pack and a 5 packs very soon!
