AAA Quality First Person Arm Pack from Studios

We recently got a question about when we are going to make female arms and we wanted to everyone to know we’ve got em! You can even get female arms for your Medieval/Fantasy games! Here’s a look at the female clothed arms with one of our three skin tone variations:

This week, our FP Arms pack are on sale! Grab 'em while the getting is good

We are happy to share we submitted our latest update to the FP Arms pack! We added two new animations to the list- grab low and grab high. We also put together a new video demo to show them off:

We’ve been working away on some sleeve textures for a New Animated FP Arms pack. In addition to new sleeves, we have gloves and other variations that will allow you to switch out gloves with different sleeves for over 20 different styles. We’re starting with civilian textures, but we’re always open to suggestions so let us know in the comments! We’ll start posting some more pics here as we lead up to the pack going on sale on the Marketplace. Cheers!

Are you going to create a third person character pack?

Perhaps eventually. What kind of characters would you like to see?

Another look at the flannel arms. We’re aiming to submit these puppies by the end of the week. Exciting times!

Even after all of the packs we have released it still fills us with incredible pride to see a new one go live, especially one that looks as amazing as this.

Perfect! Right when I needed exactly this, you guys deliver!

We aim to please!

So im thinking of getting it since Ive been looking for non gun fps arms. Does the clothed Civilian Model pack still include Female arms? Do you think you could add a pack that contains Flashlight, and Melee/Tool(wrench,knife,crowbar,etc) animations?

I would love a pack of animated SCIFI fps weapons aswell.

Sorry for the delayed response @DarthSith, don’t know how I missed this. To answer your question, the Civilian Pack doesn’t include female arms, but the other FP arms pack does. We’ve talked about doing a flashlight/tool pack and might package something up in the next few months here.

Are bones(skeleton) of your 3D model arms and hands same as the first person template’s ue4 mannequin’s one?

yes to all of the above

So I’m fairly new to this and was wondering if this asset was compatible with the animated guns pack, if yes, how exactly do I go about it precisely?

Absolutely, that is part of our larger strategy. In the end all of our packs, be it weapons, props, characters, etc etc will all be compatible and as close to plug-and-play with each other as possible. As to your question about how to go about this exactly, that really depends on your project needs specifically. If you are new to this then I would take this as a great opportunity to learn the engine through doing, reading and studying. In the end you’ll have a working set of arms/weapons and a working set of knowledge on the engine much deeper than if someone told you precisely how to set this up for your particular project. It’s definitely daunting, like learning a new language but I promise it gets easier
