Huh, not sure about that but we’ve changed the icons on the weapons so there is no problem. Will let the community know if anything changes. Cheers!

When will the update come out with the corrected animations for the XM8?

It’s taken a while as we had to go through all of the packs that contain the XM8 and ensure the fixes propagated. Should be submitted this week and up shortly there after

Excited to share that the M4A1 has launched and is now available on the Marketplace! This carbine is capable of firing semi-auto and full auto rounds. Including a muzzle flash and a free pair of Animated FP Arms, this pack is ready for action!

Will there be a First Person grenade pack with animations? That is the only thing my project is missing.

Hey there, that is something on our list, but not anything we have planned for the immediate future. But the more folks that say they also would like to see it, the better! So let us know in comments if there is an interest for a grenade pack and maybe any other types of weapons you’d like to see included. Cheers!

I’m using the ak with the new arms and clothing pack but the skin clips through the clothing.

We have a fix for this in the works already, it should be submitted in the next couple of days

Hey I have a question about this Weapon Mount bone you use for positioning the weapon mesh, First of all it shows on the skeleton that it’s zero’d out in same place as root bone aswell as the weapon socket, however the gun is seemingly magically set in the correct position on the arms mesh provided. However MY arms mesh doesn’t seem to have this magic, it uses the same skeleton as the arms provided but when I change the arms mesh from yours to mine in your character BP the weapon goes strait to 0,0,0 where the weapon mount says it is. It’s even correct in persona on your arms with the preview mesh and again not on mine. I guess my question is what is this voodoo your arms mesh has to make the weapon go to the correct position despite weapon mount being located at 0,0,0?

Hey @Necro_ABK have you hooked up our animations? When you hook up the animations, the weapon will be at the correct position. Let me know if that works. Cheers!

Hello. It’s been over a month now, but the XM8 animations have not been updated. When the update for the XM8 animations in “Animated Rifle Variety Weapons Pack” package will be released?

hmm, I’ll double check on this but I believe this update was pushed to the Animated Rifle Variety pack over a month ago. What version of the engine are you using?

I use Unreal Engine 4.15.2

The rest of the weapons in this package and other packages work fine

Thanks I’m following up on this… I thought at first that if you were on an older version like 4.9 or something, the updates wouldn’t have made it to you.

We’ve been going through our packs and updating the images for the Modern Weapons, including the M4A1 AR. Just like in all of our packs, this iconic weapon pack also includes a set of FP arms that are fully rigged and animated. If there’s a weapon you don’t see on our Marketplace store and you need something custom, let us know!
