Rigging & Animation is my weak point. I’d usually use Mixamo, but now I have a character that I want to have a tail. It’s non-fuctional, so only really needs one idle animation (or rather, I’d like to figure out a way to dynamically move it with the movement of the character, so it’s more natural). The question is, is there a way to add some bones to a Mixamo rig? Or combine a skeleton or something, I don’t know…
5.3 allows you to edit the skeleton in engine, so you could easily add a ponytail and paint
skin weights.
