A timeline whose length could be controlled by floats.

I have learned to use timelines as mobile event ticks. From a single pulse input they are a fast firing pulsed and controllable source. Doing such means their internal float tracks are irrelevant for this purpose. And this is not about stretching the length that is already there (as in its float input currently) So it would not even need to be a real or whole timeline node.
