Yep! GitHub and the launcher are the only two ways to release any parts of the editor, as to obtain access, modders / developers have accepted the EULA for Unreal Engine ![]()
That can’t be the only reason though, as it’d be trivial to include the unreal eula before allowing a player to download from other sources.
