every time I submit a model of a set of dishes (plate, cutlery, glass, etc.), a moderation blocks it considering it as adult content. Then a new review is sent and the sanction is lifted. But no idea of the problem, nor any way to get information. It is impossible for me to know what makes this model, for no apparent reason, be considered as adult content. I would like someone to tell me what needs to be corrected. It is good to moderate but it is better when we give clear and precise indications.
And by the way: what are “regulated goods”? because for me and I am sure that for many others it means absolutely nothing… And in the little guide of the good seller, there is no mention of this either.
the model was able to be published normally after removing the keyword: “chopsticks”. With 3 attempts listed as a sanction and entered in my profile.
I don’t see this word as sexual in view of the published model.
I also had the same problem with “Commercial Refrigerator”: https://www.fab.com/fr/listings/2821fb7a-736f-44ec-ae87-3177cb441ab0
This model cost me several sanctions, one of which is still in progress, and after a complaint, was confirmed by supposed humans. And for him, it was the original name that caused the return: “Refrigerated Cabinet”.
Sorry but admit that the model has nothing sexual!
Obviously these sanctions remain (even lifted) entered in my profile which apparently causes me serious harm because one of the emails I received from EG clearly referred to these numerous sanctions.
After spending time trying to find the word that was causing the problem, which caused me problems and an unjustified accumulation of penalties (as they like to say), I managed to get the “Commercial Refrigerator” model through because the word “Cabinet” is considered pornographic at Epic (yes, yes)!
Of course, I consider that the fault lies with the moderation because not only is there nothing like that in my models (and unlike others) but they also persist and sign without specifically saying the element or term in question.
In short, but here I am receiving an email that says:
“Your listing has been marked as Mature due to mature content being found during moderation. If you have any questions, please see our Content Guidelines for more information.”
Now that’s quite an answer!! Nothing that gives what puts a 3D model that is all banal in Adult content.
The worst part is that they sent the model (which was correct and published normally) back in submission with the “Adult or mature content” box checked!
Sorry, but is there anyone? Does it seem logical to you to put non-pornographic content, but then nothing pornographic as such?
I don’t know, but you hate me? I wonder if there isn’t a guy who says to himself “so we’re going to bother him!!”
