A question about the upcoming "Total Conversion Support"

I want to know if anybody already understood how it will work and explain that to me, because at the moment you can only mod things that are somehow connected to the PrimalGameData and the TestGameMode right? So I’m thinking you will soon be able to mod anything, even without these two. Is the correct?

From what I understand It seem that the total conversion mod Will permit us to directly edit the original file without having to create child but we dont know how they will make It we are all waiting to see xd

I think they might release the access to class file to allow us modify them (maybe, dont know) and also access to all the hidden parameter that was not available before (like the collision between rain and water tank)
