A button to customize where the Epic Games Launcher’s Unreal tab searches for the “My Projects” section.
Seeing how this is already possible with “C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Config\WindowsEditor” → “GameUserSettings” add “CreatedProjectPaths=Path Location” under “[Launcher]” section.
It feels confusing that this convenient feature isn’t already in the engine itself, as a visualized button or a browse drop-down next to the “My Projects” tab. Someone on or under the divider line would have more than enough space to fit a “Browse”/“Location” button
Note:
I know this is not a feature request for game development or the engine itself, but it is still a very useful change, and it puzzles me how this isn’t in the engine to begin with, as many developers have their own file organization habits and some also store their files on af ast external hard drive.
