A problem with snap points

I’ve created a mod (my first time modding anything) that adds a shorter stone pipe to the game.

It works, but they can overlap the normal stone pipe. Anyone know why?

Here’s a picture. On the left is my short stone pipe. On the right is the standard stone pipe. The green is the overlap problem.

Change the snap points offsets, tinker with them.

Change it, test. Change it, test. That’s the only way to fully realise the problem and learn what’s causing it.

I have no idea if this is the culprit but as I was reading this I am looking at the option “Allow Snap Onto Same Location” within the structure blueprint.
Might see if that is checked. I suspect it is the thing that allows you to for example, replace a wall with a window frame without having to destroy the wall first.
