hi guys I have a problem with open epic luncher
I trying to uninstall and reinstall the luncher and the problem still
please how to fix it

Try this, these file are probably messed. C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine and removing the folders 4.12 and common (note: I through them into a temp folder in the same directory to test).

I will format my laptop to windows 7
I think the problem is in windows 8.1
