As mentioned, I bought a plugin whose installation process was completely broken. It was supposed to come with a template, but looking at the template’s folder I only see the plugin copied there.
I checked their Discord server and noticed that this issue has been happening for a few weeks now, and it seems that it only fails with UE 5.4
I asked for support but didn’t receive any and their documentation was outdated sometimes and other it was just plain and factually wrong.
I left them a 1-star review.
Now the developer is asking me to delete my review before giving me a refund. Is that OK?
I couldn’t find anything in the Epic Games store guidelines about that. And even if he shouldn’t be ‘bribing’ me, how can I report that? I coudn’t find anything remotely close to this in Epic’s support system.
