A lot of hair noise. How to get rid of it?

HI guys. I have this render. Any idea how to get rid of hair noise? Any ani-aliasing settings make it even worse.

Have you tried removing motion blur or bloom?

Yes, this does not help. Every light source make strange bloom around hair. Tried disabling motion blur. There is no any bloom here also.

Still it looks like this.

EDIT. This was caused by shallow DoF. On aperture 20+ problem doesnt exist and this solution is ok for me ;d
