A lag problem :-O..

Hi here :)…

Maybe my problem is interesting for other users and Epic.

When I open the editor and opens example, ‘Sci-Fi Hall Way’, then ‘lags’ my computer much.

My computer:

Win7 Prof 64 BIT.
GeForce GTX275
PhysX Aoc 7V
Silverlight 5.1.30214.0
Intel i7 2.93 GHz.
8GB of RAM

question:
Is my problem that my graphics card is too old ? Will it help to upgrade to GTX 800M - 700M or 600M series?

Hi ,

Below are the recommended specs for UE4. You are right, your graphics card doesn’t quite meet them. I can’t tell you exactly how it will run, but you should see an improvement with one of the graphics cards you mentioned.

Desktop PC or Mac
Windows 7 64-bit or Mac OS X 10.9.2 or later
Quad-core Intel or AMD processor, 2.5 GHz or faster
NVIDIA GeForce 470 GTX or AMD Radeon 6870 HD series card or higher
8 GB RAM
