Hey everyone,
I just wanted to drop a quick post to say a massive thank you to Epic Games.
I run a small, one-man drone services business, and I recently took on a complex 3D mapping and photogrammetry project in Greece were I live, as a proof of consept. As a solo freelancer, paying for crazy expensive software licenses is usually a huge bottleneck for me.
The fact that Epic provides powerhouse tools like RealityCapture and Unreal Engine completely free and fully functional for small creators is an absolute game-changer. It allowed me to deliver a highly detailed, professional project that I honestly couldn’t have done otherwise.
Since there’s no “Donate” button, I decided to buy Battlefield 6 through the Epic Games Store as a small token of my gratitude. It’s just my way of giving a little something back.
Thank you for supporting small creators and making top-tier tech accessible to everyone!
