About the bullet time, yeah, there is no need to charge, but you only need to wait 5 seconds (cool down time) to activate again. I added this delay to avoid some bugs of activating bullet time over itself, and also to avoid that the player activates it by mistake, just like happenned on the UDK Version of Fursan al-Aqsa.
About the persecution of my game by radical israeli groups, hahaha, this does not but good for my game.
