A feature level 5 video card is required to run the editor

I was downloading the UE4 from a week as i Don’t have wifi i was downloading small small parts via cellular network.
But now when the download finished and i opened it give me the error (Title)!
I searched on our forums and found that this is the problem of UE 4.19 Version.

BUTT I can’t download the 4.18.3 Version which is again 3.9 GB to DOWNLOAD!!!
I have already downloaded 7GB of data during the 4.19 installation now it’s extremely hard to do it again!!

I can’t download the huge 3.9GB data, no wifi.

MY POOR SPECS: 4GB RAM, i5 , Intel Integrated Graphics.

i wouldnt bother trying to download again since you wont be able to run the engine. you need a dedicated graphics card or at the very least the mobile equivalent. integrated graphics just wont cut it. in case you dont know, integrated graphics is basically the graphics are being calculated and rendered on the cpu. this means that your taking processing power away from the cpu so it cant do its job as well. the cpu is also not as efficient for graphics so its working harder.
