This is the massage I get every time. i tryed lowering the graphics, updating GPU drivers, Re-installing the game, but it is all the same. First I thought that the game is trying to load something but it crashes but one time I left the game on the home screen and it was the same. after 7 minutes the game crashed again with the same massage. At this point I really don’t know what to do. I will be really greatfull if someone knows how I can fix this.
Hey there @VerTaTek1! Welcome to the community! This forum is mostly meant for Unreal Engine developers to get help with the engine, but I may have some advice that might help with this. Just keep in mind, much of what I recommend would require access to the source code of the game. As always the first recommendation is a clean install/update of your GPU drivers and disabling any overlays.
Since it seems to be hanging, you may be able to lengthen the time before timeout with a TDI edit:
Alternatively here’s some general GPU based solutions from a different crash that can help limit problems, (though ignore any at that require you to be in engine since you’re unable to do that).
