A Character for Unreal Engine

Hello. I want a character to be made. I’m not sure how it exactly looks and I am not capable of drawing it but I will try to explain:

-no human face (helmet style head. like here: $17,000,000 of Paragon content for FREE - Unreal Engine
-arms, legs and chest may be like its helmet. I want to make those parts customizable (helmet too).
-doesn’t have to be too realistic. I’m thinking it for a shooter game but graphics are not going to be super realistic. I am a student, so it’s not like a professional game.

So it sounds like you are looking for a concept artist to create the character. Are you also looking for someone to model the character in 3D as well? Cheers!
