A bug with tutorials

When I press Tutorials button in Help menu, there’s nothing there:

The only active thing I noticed is Home button that highlights whenever I hoover a mouse over it, but clicking does nothing too.

What can be wrong here?

You will have to search on answerhub for it, there you can probably get a solution
