1: Is there any way to unlock the fps to 60 for the showcase?
2: Is there a way to make the standalone version to run in 4k or 1440p in fullscreen instead of automatic 1080p?
Cause i really want to benchmark the demo on my new titan X.

As far as I know, the demo was only running at 30 on the Titan X because that’s really all it could smoothly handle (but there should be an option in project settings to remove the cap), to run at 4k you should use the console command “r.setres 3840x2160”, although I wouldn’t expect you to get even 10 FPS.
Ok. How do i open the console? cause the button to open the debug console isn’t activating. (probably because i have the nordic keyboard.
And is there any command to unlock the fps cap?
And also, how do i even run the demo through the unreal engine launcher if i also manually downloaded it to the “epic game launcher”? cause when i load any of the 2 maps throught he launcher, it just freezes at “loading objects” or at 60%. (i got 32GB ram, so ram ain’t a problem)
To open the console you need to press the ` key, or you can set a different shortcut in the editor preferences. I’m not sure what to do about it freezing at 60%, but you can download a standalone version of the Kite Demo (~6GB), and can use that for benchmarking.
You need to leave it loading, it has not froze, it just takes a while. I also have 32gb RAM and a NVIDIA Titan X. And it took quite a while before I was able to run it. And as Jamendxman3 pointed out, you won’t get a very high FPS even with the Titan X, I was somewhere around 20 - 40 FPS (Occasionally higher)
