Summary
The prop that is an address of 5408 (Sign_AddressNumber_5408) is blacklisted from Creative and UEFN. This prop was meant to release with the Modern House prefab (with it even being featured on the icon for the prefab), but has been blacklisted for years.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Content.
- Search for “Modern House”.
- Go to Prefabs and look at the icon for the house.
- Place the prefab and notice that the 5408 address isn’t there.
Expected Result
The 5408 address prop is available in the Modern House prefab and can be used.
Observed Result
The 5408 address prop is blacklisted from creative and can never be placed in an island.

The prop itself has bCanBeSavedInCreativeVolume set to false, which is what is disallowing it.
