[5.6 crash] crash on pso cache potentially

i’ve just upgraded my project from 5.5 to 5.6 and i’m getting a crash when running the game.
it does not happen always but it happens. and it does not seem to be my code since it’s exactly the same code from 5.5 and i’m not doing anything weird.
just having an object with a static mesh component, that sets a mesh in the constructor.

i’ve tried reporting the bug but the form is broken.
