facing the same issue on 5.7.3, neither 127.0.0.1 nor 0.0.0.0 work for me. I’ll keep my current project on 5.4 for now, but would really like to upgrade to a newer ue version eventually..
the combination of 0.0.0.0 and port 10000 doesn’t seem to work on 5.6 but using 0.0.0.0 on port 8000 worked for me
update, port 8000 stopped working, but changing to another port number works, I think that might be an issue with my setup, maybe some of my ports are in use.

I have written my own IPv4 adress + port 7000 in my OSC Blueprint and it works on 5.6.1.
