I’ve created a new project from the third person template, then created a new open world landscape, converted it to nanite and cooked it. When using a shipping/development build the landscape doesn’t seem to load in properly.
Traveling along the loaded proxy will effectively fix all surrounding proxies when they are loaded/reloaded. I assume this has something to do with the way everything is being loaded? I’ve been looking at ways to work around this but even when I say load the open world test map that I’ve made through the third person map that comes with the template there still seem to be issues as the only way I am able to fix the proxies loading around the player is by de rendering them.
I’m only a few weeks into using unreal so I do apologize if I’m not making much sense lol but any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: I believe I found a fix for the issue, haven’t really looked into just wanted to update this, enabling Use Aligned Grid Levels in World Settings → World Partition Setup → Runtime Settings → Advanced
