5.3.2 Packaging failure, "Ensure condition failed / Attempting to enqueue"

Previously my project was on 5.2.1 before migrating engine versions, and after doing so everything seems to be going smoothly, however on 5.3 when I attempt to package my game, I keep getting a few of these compile errors during packaging. Not sure what the issue is as packaging worked just fine in 5.2.
