5.2 Chaos dynamically placing anchors

When 5.2 came out they added a new way of dynamically adding anchors but I cant find out how to do that anywhere. Does anyone know?

I also found this which correlates with 5.2 and chaos change but cant get it to work properly-

For anyone wondering in the future the key to fixing this, is by default leaving simulated physics off then adding the anchors in BP, delay 1sec (or maybe quicker depends what you want to set it to), then simulate physics again. I think someone said this in one of the forums but I skipped over it when I was trying things.
