[5.1] A Few Introductory Questions: Open/Large World Creation

I aim to create a World as large as the Engine will sustain, having both 1st & 3rd-person perspectives available.

I am very new to this, though my intent - at present - is to build my terrain in Gaea, export, & stitch together in UE5 World Partition.

With these points in mind, does ‘chronology’ of configuration matter?

+ Any downside to beginning with either 1st vs 3rd person template?
    + Is it possible to begin with one & import the other?

Any particular considerations, tutorials or specific workflows someone can point me towards would be greatly appreciated.
